Will support development of products for medical device with work including writing or verifying specifications, designing new products, designing fixtures and raw materials to ensure the concepts and / or prototypes meet their requirements  Minimum BS in related field or equivalent.  Five to nine yrs. related exp.  Stent design and / or processing exp. is a major plus.

Southern California - Catheters
Will support new products, product changes and enhancements.  Support validation of product, equipment and processes.  Interface with other departments to solve problems.  Transfer of product line from R&D to Manufacturing.  B.S. in related field or equivalent exp.  Three to eight plus yrs. of related exp. Design of Experiments. Balloon catheter exp. a must.

Bay Area - Pharmaceuticals
Will manage a portfolio of spending cost categories in Research and Early Development, work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Will be responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing sourcing strategies, and managing 3rd party relationships and performance.  B.S. with a minimum 10 yrs of related exp.  Background in Biochemistry, Pharmacology or Pharmaceuticals desired.
 

Quality / Regulatory / Clinical Affairs

Southern California - Catheters
Will work with Manufacturing Engineers to review process changes and resolve product quality issues.  Conducts quality audits of suppliers.  As assigned, maintains various Quality Systems such as CAPA, supplier quality, equipment calibration, internal auditing and data analysis.  Degree in related filed or equivalent. Knowledge of medical product QA (including the requirements for test protocols and statistical techniques).

Southern California - Optics
Will oversee the Quality Department at the company to ensure that manufactured products meet specifications and that the company is operating under standard internal procedures.  Will also oversee all departments related to quality including: Quality, Engineering, QC and Document Control.   Bachelor's Degree.  At least 3 yrs exp. at management level in QA.  Familiarity with ISO 13485:2003 Quality Systems.

Will work closely with Manufacturing, R&D & Quality Eng. groups to ensure that suppliers and related purchased components or services meet specifications and other requirements.  B.S. degree.  Exp. working with suppliers on medical product quality issues.  Exp. evaluating suppliers including on-site auditing. Understanding of CAPA and closed loop corrective action.

Southern California - Lasers
Will develop, implement and maintain effective quality programs for product design, manufacturing processes, and complaint handling.  Design and coordinate the execution of validation protocols.  Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System and ISO Certification requirements.  Minimum of 10 yrs exp. in the medical device industry with at least 5 yrs in RA / QA capacity.  Fluent with FDA quality system requirements.

Position takes a leadership role in the Quality Eng, and Compliance for the company's medical devices and processes by overseeing product, software and raw material introductions, qualifications and testing.  Will work in the Department Management to ensure that the company's quality system is complaint with all regulatory agencies by leading the internal audit effort.  B.S. in Science or Engineering degree.  Knowledge of QSRs, & ISO 13485
